Spaceship RTS

someone talked about 3d battles in Homeworld, I just installed Homeworld 2, and one of the coolest and most fullfilling things I just did was to hyperspace a small strike force behind and below the enemy fleet which at the same time was engaged with my huge capital ships. My small bombers and torpedo frigates were able to completley immobilize and take out the enemy capital ships' engines and subsystems rendering the heavy hitters floating junkyards:D

Awesome game is what I'm trying to say.

I've never played Sins, but I have played Homeworld, Cataclysm and Sword of the Stars. I started off with Cataclysm, and played it before playing the original (because it wouldn't work on my computer, for some reason). The first game is a much more epic story on a grander scale, while Cataclysm is a much more small, claustrophobic, psuedohorror with very creepy music. I disliked that they basically axed all of Cataclysm's story to make Homeworld 2, it could have made for some very, very interesting material to throw in. Of course, I've unfortunately never had the chance to play HW2, beyond the beta, I can't find it in stores anywhere. :(

Its $9.95 and qualifies for free shipping... but that needs $25 and is through Canada post iirc :p Still though, $9.95 on sale plus shipping is worth it (assuming shipping to the Yukon is not too outrageous).

As long as Canada Post remains a public company shipping costs to the Yukon are reasonable. :p
