Spanish version

I need a help with my Spanish version of Civ3 . I realized that I cannot play english scenarios because the names of basic units are in Spanish !!?! The additional units added in Conquest are in English, but the old ones are in Spanish. So, the scenario can not recognize them . I saw (in german forum) that there is a programm to rename German units into English. Is there anything similar for Spanish version ?
