Oh. How did you made it? The best I've done is tier13 affinity t140-ish.

It's offtopic, so look spoiler

Spoiler :

- Wide (up to 8 city) at start and switch to Tall at midgame (finish with 10 city at all).
- Fast academy spam
- Fast autoplants and external TR (thnx to the drone with 3 move points, which make path to coastal AI cityes)
- Focus at Knowledge tree virtues
- Farming AI with favors

Im just wanna say im try sprang's theory and find that it doesnt work.
