Spotting Religious units on a cluttered map

Hey everyone, i love religious victories and i love to micro manage my apostles. I was wondering if there is a mod or some kind of feature in game that can be used to filter out the clutter so i can better see the enemy apostles and missionaries? In late game it is really hard to see them.

Have you tried using the search function the game now has? Write in "apostle" or "missionary" and the tiles with those units should become highlighted. I believe you can even be more specific and write something like "Ethiopia apostle" to highlight only apostles from a specific civ, Ethiopia in this case.
