Sprawling ok?

Limited number of cities; just won a Domination wictory with 36 cities. Aparently not very limited nuber of cities after all.

Able to work the 3rd slot WTH?; How does this work exactly, doesnt seem to be any different in the city screen.?

And finally the Cult of the Dragon. Had it on one of my cities for about half the game, it didnt spread once to any other city. Made the Wyrmhold in the city the very same turn the religion was founded (Prophet on standby); Nothing.

So if anyone could enlighten me with how does the sprawling work and the CotD it would be much appriciated.

It was removed from the game after conversion to BtS. It is back in the Shadow version being released on Sunday.
