[R&F] Spring Patch: what happened to the icons for items in the diplo deal window?

I remember seeing some new, interesting icons attached to each trade-able item in the diplomacy deal window, when Anton presented the video four weeks ago; thumbs up, thumbs down, block, etc. It looked interesting and suggested some form of valuation of the AI for each deal item, which would be very helpful in forming a deal with AI.

I cannot see them in game now that the patch has been released. Is it me, or have they been excluded as a feature? Is anyone seeing them?

Baseless speculation, but maybe this is what was broken and caused them to roll the patch back three weeks...

It looked like a nice feature so I hope it does get included eventually.
