Spy / Myzenium: round 2

I'm sorry if this message is long, I will try not to clutter up your game thread any more when I'm done.

Spy:

You seem to have completely misread my message, or at the very least my meaning. In fact, I almost fell off my chair when I read your response.

If you feel so strong to criticize my moves and even comments...

I don't see any critique anywhere. And where have I even commented one of your moves?

I've played chess for almost 20 years now. I'm not by any means good at it, nowhere have I ever said that. To my credit I try my very best to learn though.

I have no doubts what-so-ever that your evaluation is 1000+ ELO points above mine. Since it was pretty much the opposite of the one I made, I saw a chance to learn something.

So I told you my evaluation and asked why it was wrong.

Actually you dont need to listen to me

I very much wanted to listen to you, that's why I asked in the first place...

why do you allways doubt about my comments...

If I had any doubts about your comments I would not waste my time asking you. WHERE exactly does it appear as if I do?

Mathematical counting is the worst thing a chessplayer should do

Okay, some small advice at least, thank you. What exactly should I be doing then? It's not like my chess intuition is at your level...

I wont post any variations as a proof...

Please don't. It would not teach me anything I can use in my games. (However, being able to evaluate a position better would.)

...then how about playing a game?

I have played a few games against Bash on this forum. Although I have lost every game he's pretty good at explaining things to me. For a mediocre club player like me, it's a very good learning experience.

If you can do the same, then I would love to lose a game or two against you whenever you have the time.

If on the other hand you're going to get angry with me for asking for advice, then I will have to respectfully decline.

well, i am sorry for the last message which was pretty harsh but that was what i was thinking at that moment. I wrote "i think i has a slight advantage" but then you posted a long post with calculations which should prove that i am wrong what i think. Of course, i was really mad!
Well, abouts comments you are right. I just remembered the thread where you (probably kidding) said that others are scared to play with Bashkuev. I felt some sarcasm there so thats why i wrote "allways critisize". I apologize about that.
I am sorry if i somehow insulted you - i just reacted as a affronted chessplayer.

Myzenium, we still have our game, right?:)

I've been waiting five MONTHS for a reply. You know very well that I could have asked Smash to give me the win. Don't ask why I did not, for I don't know the answer.

Surrendering the initiative to make your e3-pawn weak.

Yeah, I know, I am sorry. I don't know what excactly happened. I had played chess one full month before I dissapeared so I took a small break from chess...at the beginning. Then I simply run out of free time, I had to work more 50% working time, lectures at university, then I got involved in one project and eventually I guess I forgot about this place.

I can forgive you if you promise that you won't vanish again until this game is finished. If you need a vacation, ask and receive one. I cannot refuse, for I don't know where you live or where you take holidays. :D
