In the next turn it shows the icon for stealing tech but when selecting a tech it is unable to steal the tech. Also the icon stays there until loading a save game after the tech stealing.

Getting the same bug here too. When I'm already lagging behind in the tech race this becomes a serious issue...

Bug still here now. Is anybody looking at this?
Save from 1 or 2 turns before i can't steal.
And one a few turns after, as i had hoped i could finally steal the tech one turn later.

I've just experienced this the other day.
I can't steal Metallurgy or Chemistry from Russia despite her obviously having them (she's built the brandenburg Gate - putting her at Military Science).
I get the opportunity to steal the following turn but can't select either option. Tech steal icon only disappears after reloading the game after this point.
