Stack fault

I am getting a

civ2 caused a stack fault in module ir41.dll at 0002:019D

When I try to start Civ2 with the scenario pack installed. I am using a voodoo 3 card with Win2k. This worked fine untill I installed the card, and works fine with a generic PCI video card. I have installed the latest drivers for the card. Any ideas?

Please disregard that message. I Read another post that descrived how to fix the problem. Deleted ir41.dll and back up and running.

I got the same error message. I tried to delete that file and I got the following message:

"Cannot delete IR41: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."

This all started when I downloaded the MGE 5-part patch. It worked but it eliminated the FW editor. I tried to re-install civ2 and now I can't get it to run. Any ideas, anyone?

Can't you just install the latest Indeo drivers?
