I made a Horse Map for Conquests a looooooooong time ago. I have now just remembered that I had the thing. Well, here it is. It is not a scenario, only a custom map. Rescurces, start locations, and barbarian huts are at random. I can't remember what the barbarian aggression level is, though.

The Houyhnhnm were a civilization of horses, in Gulliver's travels. They were the superior species in a land populated also by humanoid creatures called "the yahoo"
