Stangle Khan's Giant Maps​

Sometimes when playing Civilization, Huge just isn't huge enough. Once you begin playing on maps bigger than standard size, it can be difficult to go back. The maps posted on this page are all hand crafted by me, they all start out as a blank map and slowly (especially where rivers are concerned) become something playable. They will all be larger than the Huge map size (mostly 180x94 maps). City States will usually have set spawning location so that they don't take a Natural Wonder (although which City State spawns where is random) And they have all been tested previous to uploading.

OGW: "Oh God Why"

My latest map, the name was coined by a friend of mine when I told him I was making another. It is a 180x94 map with all natural wonders. Several continents are connected via coast tiles with an isolated island chain, only accessible once astronomy is discovered (or if you happened to spawn there).
It is a very large map, so not for those who don't like exploration and open land.
Marathon speed is my personal recommendation.

My first map so it's a little rough around the edges. It's similar to Terra Nova but without some of the polish. The file name is Finally Done because it took me way longer than I expected to make it.

Installation
Go to your Civ Map file directory and put the file into the folder.
Usually C:\Users\INSERT YOUR USERNAME HERE\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Maps

Warning
These are large maps and turns may take a while to compute. Some computers will not be able to handle these maps.

Use of Maps
You can use my maps for anything you feel like. If you want to use them for a video, create a scenario or edit them in any way that's fine. If you upload them just credit me.
