Have had a look at this case..

From what I can see the original mod download is still working fine:

The religions addon was broken however the file is still at Gamefront (so presumably they changed their linking system). Judging by previous posts I think this religions addon is included in the Civilizations addon below so this may not be needed anymore. But either way I've fixed the link and it's working now:

The Civilizations addon was broken too and the file was not at gamefront likely due to the malware incident in 2016 mentioned above. However fortunately webarchive backed up the download in 2015, I've downloaded the file and detected no signs of viruses or malware in it. So have undeleted and fixed the broken download here:

I'll see about testing the mod soon as I'm curious to see how far @dataskywalker got!
