Start bias setting?

Where is the option for start bias? I can't seem to find it in advanced settings before starting a new game.

There is no 'disable starting bias' option. You can change starting location in general from standard to legendary or balanced.

as far as I know standard gives you a large chance to get the start bias for your civ. So near the coast for England and Australia, near horses for Scythia, hills for Greece, tundra for Russia...
Someone found a list with all the biases in the game files. I don't know where it was posted though.
