Hi,

i am not sure where this belongs, but i would like a few answers about the map generators.

I do find the default map generators pretty unfair most of the time. e.g.
* tundra starting location with 3+ squares in the BFC blocked by ice.
* 6+ Jungle squares +2 visible _calendar_ resources

In difference to this i sometimes get a stone + corn + clams (or even gold, silver).

While some randomness is ok for the map generation i think the jungle and tundra setting is crippling.
 
There should not be any ice, tundra or jungle in your starting BFC, unless you are playing with some weird map script. It is possible that there is some around, but it should not appear inside the BFC of the capital itself.
