startup screen bug

I installed the 1.15v beta patch on C3C, I made sure it was the correct one. Now, everytime that I see the startup screen, there are these two weird lines under the exit. And they don't do what they are supposed to do, for example the exit works as multiplayer, and credits as preference etc. The last weird line is the exit.

I know it's a big screenshot, but I think it shouldn't be a problem for most people sry bout that

Did you install the correct language version? (i.e., an English install with a German patch *will* mess up the text files).
