StarWars city list

Any one know a good city list if I want to modify a race into the "GalacticEmpire"?? I dled the Darth Vader leader heads and modified the Iroquois into GalacticEmpires. Though I dont know any city names except Crouscant so all the others are made up from my "imagination"... Oh yeah, I also dont know how to make his pic go up on the civlopedia? because, on the foreign advisors screen my pic is just a question mark... Yes, the pic works in the Civ selection part.

The problem with canon Star Wars is that there are very few city names; they relate the story more on a planetary level. A few, however, do stand out. The Empire controlled at least three cities on Tatooine: Mos Espa, Mos Eisley, and Anchorhead. I'm pretty sure that they would have controlled Naboo, seeing as that was the Empire's home planet -- which lends the city names of Theed and Otoh Gunga. If you wish to forgo specifics, and just use planets, there are several canon options. Dantooine, Tatooine, Coruscant, Naboo, and several more. It all depends on at which time in the storyline you want your Empire to be (i.e., before A New Hope, or after Return of the Jedi, etc.).

Being a purist, I only like locations that were in the movies... (Zahn approached, but did not breach the wall separating canon from add-on-money-making schemes.). Then again, I'm one of those weird people who thought that Episode 2 was fantastic (Aside from the true professionals, i.e. Guinness, Daniels, and Ford, was the acting all that terribly great in the first trilogy?)

it is a site for Starwars Galaxies...but if you click planets in the index it will give you a list of the locations there in the game. Its not a ton but it should help.
