Hi :)

Anyone still remember or played Starwars Rebellion? It was a very cool turnbased strategy game, where one could play either as the Empire or the Rebels (big surpise! :king: )

I love this game and still play it occasionally. There are many people out there who hated/hate this game but I am a member of the 0.00001% of the people who love love love this game.

To each his own....................

How about Star Trek Birth of the Federation? That was a great game as well.

I think it was quite challenging and hotseat multiplayer was a lot of fun. :)

Havn't played startrek birth of the federation.

SW:Rebellion----one of the few games I still have where, as soon as I fire up Gamespy, someone always invites me to play

You will surely laugh, I installed the game on my machine eons ago. I always launched the game, and at the welcome interface was always trying to find the exit button... It actually IS a pretty fun game. Launch it, try to find the exit button, try to remember for the next time ;)
Seriously, i never did anything else with this game. Maybe my IQ is not high enough. And though I'd love to play strategy games on the SW universe.

Does anyone know if Rebellion is under the ISDA umbrella or is considered abandonware and free for download?

That's funny. I didn't like Rebellion at all... but thought that Birth of the Federation was excellent.

I've got both. But botf has decided it doesn't like my comp, and crashes each time I try to run it. :(

If you're running windows xp there is a patch out there to make it work. I've got my Botf running on my xp machine. Do a google on Birth of the Federation......
