Rebels in Northern California recieve a big surprise when an outcast Californian General takes hold of the rebellion, forming the Seattle Free State. They are now defending thier borders.
Yucatan Trade Network set up in Mayaland. With trade busting at the seems, the Mayan economy booms. Also, in the deep recesses of the Andes, a strange new metal has been found. Mayan engineers call it Bronze.
Heavy fighting occurs in Britain. Greenland soldiers, having an easy battle so far, now are fighting inch by inch and have advanced barely into Wales. In the sea, the British Navy has been patrolling the entirety of the islands and when the Greenland Navy attempted to dodge them, they were caught. A huge battle commenced in which most of the Greenland force was destroyed. No supplies reach Greenlanders in England.
Mayan and Argentines battle in the dense jungles of the Amazon. There is no clear winner as no survivors have returned. People from both countries suspect outside interference.
3 countries in Europe, Poland, Vikings, and the Germans, begin great armament movements. On the Viking-Polish border, both countries are drafting massive amounts of men. Both suspect a war.
Also, all around Europe with trade slowing due to increased army spending, the economies of many nations have dipped dangerously low. People are starving in the streets.
Trading with New Sicily by Macedon has awarded them Bronze.
Relations between King Hiram and Queen Charlotta become icy as the balance of power is debated over. Civil war looms.

Oman strikes back! Although the bronze was only able to relieve some of the Oman front, it raised the morale of the overall army. The Eastern Assyrian front is now starting to become more than nuisance as it reaches Mesopotamia. The Mughals and Siam have been coaxed by Oman to join against Assyria for an economic favor and bronze.
Trade and village raiders from an unexplored part of Asia have severley hurt the Georgian farmland hurting its economy. The raiders continue to raid deeper and deeper each raid.

Japanese military finishes off China. Moving thier army around to the only Chinese coast left, the Japanese unloaded thier superior forces. They ripped through the country, zig-zagging through major cities until coming upon Beijing (thats the city you were thinking of). There, they crushed the capital's militia with a two-pronged attack. Near the end of the war, the Koreans joined in capturing what land they could. Japan is now the largest nation in the world, but is having problems holding onto some parts of China. One part in western China wishes to join the Mughals, and many others either want independance or more autonomy.
