With the rebellions getting worse and worse throughout the Empire, Chief Mendez was getting concerned. He gathered a council of his top advisors and of the local leaders. He said to them, "The people are restless! Our expansion has stopped, and so we do not do the work of the Creator! And without the Creator, there is no California! We must make the people happy; we must find a way to calm them down and convince them of the righteousness of the Californian government." His advisors discussed how to solve the problem, and decided that its solution lay not in the field of military glory, but in the caverns of the heart. The peoples of the Empire would not be crushed under the spears of the Legiones de Cobre, but rather would be welcomed by the blessings of the priests and the works of civilian agency. And so Mendez ordered, and so it was done.
Orders:
Restrict anti-barb and anti-rebel military activity to defensive actions of Californian settlements and small incursions to put down the resistance.
Send priests, economic aid, and other humanitarian solutions to try to convince the rebels to surrender and rejoin California.

GERMANY ORDERS AND STUFF
People started arriving in Berlin from all over europe! the worlds first world bank was to be opened, it was a huge building, w/ a big golden eagle in the top, the building was defended by specially trained soldiers, at last it opened.....
as the money started to pour in, germanys economy grew and grew, to never seen before levels! germany was no longer in the failing economy brought by the spanish war, they were stonger tahn ever! richer than ever! and they would use the money to grow the army, as it seemed that it needed more investment, and in germany, investment in the army was investment in the future...
The border w/ spain laid silent, and soldiers started building wood fortifications along it, they also started building some forts in northern france, along these forts, villages apperead, citys like Bonn, Paris and Merseilles were jumpstarted by the military forts.....and soldier pay close by.

The Emperor Decided it was time to build a grand monument for his peceful people. In response the navy was pulled from Japan. This would help resupply the people in Alaska.
The monument would be grand and a dedication to the Volocano God of Hawaii.

The Greenlander immigrants were feeding their horses and irrigating the land of Iceland peacefully when suddenly they heard someone scream: "Run for your life! The Brits are coming!". And indeed the Brits came, taking half of the entire Iceland quicker than anyone would have expected...
The news of this terrible event reached Scoresbysund, which was, as it has always been, the capital of Greenland. And the king was Furious...
"Attack their holdings in Iceland with all we've got!!" yelled the king fiercefully.
"But sire... that is impossible! Their superior navy is surrounding the island, and there is no way we will get our units through! Attacking the British navy with ours would be a suicide, as their ships are more numerous and better build", answered his advisor.
"Then... then we must think of something else..." replied the king.

Keep on creating that wonder of mine (the igloo-library).

Toronto has nearly defeated thier arch rivals, Ontario. Thier sense of order on the field has outdone the Ontarion savagery. Ontario's army is now almost 1/3 of what it once was.
Californian rebel groups quiet down in most places, but they still remain violently active in far north. They are taking hold of the area, not letting the Le Cobras take hold of thier towns, by burning the, and retreating.
London Sacked!! A fatal English error, putting all thier navy near iceland, has been exploited by the Greenlanders. Sailing around the disputed island, the soldiers were met with little resistance and soon took the city. Much of the surrounding area is being taken.
The French region of Germany is being slowly built up. More villages and fortifications are seen, and immigrants from nearby Spain and even some from Main Germania are coming. France has begun to flourish.
Macedon Armies attack New Sicily!! As armies engage in Northern Italy, Macedonian soldiers are met with a much stronger and advanced weapons, and the brilliant formations of the Sicilian General, Hannible, have forced the Macedons out.
Battle of the Mediterranean!! The Phoenician Navy, attempting to land 1/3 of thier army onto Sicily, engaged the Sicilian Navy once again. After a huge battle in which the half of the landing force of Phoenicia was lost, the Sicilian Fleet forced the Phoenicians back to thier own ports.
Georgia completes conquest of Uzbeks. As the generals finally awake from thier sleep, they quell the remaining Uzbek army. As they entered the cities, horrible atrocites are viewed. To get away from the hell of Uzbeka, many have joined the army.
Assyrians continue to advance, forcing the Omanese onto a small strip of coast on Oman itself. The Omanese also continue to advance on Assyria in Persia.
Japanese have now taken the entire Eastern coast of China. Routing the demoralized Chinese at nearly every point, the Japanese are unstoppable. Many of the people in China wish for peace.
Hawaii continues to lose lives settling Alaska. Many settlers are now afraid to go there and expansion is going at a snails pace.
Hawaii begins to settle Australia and is met with friendly natives who are awed by thier weapons and advanced things. As a result, many of them agree to join the Hawaiins.
Spain annexed to Phoenicia!! The throne was taken by the Queen Carlotta, after the tragic death of the Spanish King and his family in a drowing incident. She quickly annexed the country, but kept her rule as Queen of Phoenicia and Queen of Spain. Many question her motives.

The Shogun walked through his room in the upper chambers. The new copper lanterns sparkled through the ice window that he had specially made for himself. China had a peace proposal that was very tempting to accept, the complete surrendering of all Chinese ports and land that is worth anything.
However, the Shogun could not accept it for two reasons, the first being the most important. Already Japan has suffered through this war. Thousands of Japanese warriors have been killed by Chinese milita and army men, as well as many Japanese private buisnesses have gone bankrupt at home trying to support this war, though it is not a problem anymore. Second would be the fact that China would be able to live. Always having the thread of a revenge war of a much more stronger and prepared China would sink into Japan for years to come. The Shogun must end this war, but not on peaceful terms.
