Hello, just wondering how the ability stealth works. Are you just invisible to subs or do you have to be fortified to be stealthed? I must kill those dirty Gaians. I'm not at war though and want to weaken them first with irregular units (subs) but they can attack my subs with their mind worms...

For Stealth to work you must be at full health and IIRC you must be out of range of a Deep Radar. You are also visible for one turn after doing an attack or ranged strike.

I think so, as my invisible subs often are often detected by the enemy in the interturn right after pillaging something.

Blockading also makes you visible. All this done was to help the AI for the record. Much easier than teaching them to place Deep Radar units near areas prone to attacks by invisible units.

It would be good for multiplayer games too, to avoid hundreds of possible "sub abuse" tactics which wouldn't be very clever, but rather annoying. We're going to play a game with my brother this week and it's good to know the reason why subs de-cloak

People have reported Out Of Sync errors for multiplayer in the past though. So I'm not sure how succesful you will be. I have no idea what causes OOSes or how to find their cause.

Hotseat is on one computer right? I believe OOSes occur when sending information between different computers.
