The best use for Stealth bombers(before the patch) is to take out all the improvments sarrounding an enemy city(size 13+) It will fall into Kaos and become a pain in the.....

Is recon the only use for a Stealth Fighter? It has no attack value, no defence, and a bombard value of 4 makes it about as useless as a catapult...
Prima's guide says it should have all the abilities of a jet, pluss stealth.... Well, unless you edit the game it doesn't....

The stealth fighter is better for precision bombing.

You cant persision bomb with-out the patch. Unless fighters can and bombers can't...

All the air units pretty much suck, pretty annoying to bomb a swordsman with a stealth fighter and have it do nothing.

The recon could "potentially" be useful if it was something I had to do one time and then every turn it automatically recon-ed the same spot. I would really like to do this off my coasts or over a neighboring city. It would rock, I could set up a network and always see some important spots, as it is now, I'll use it every once in a while if I want to bomb units that are out of sight (city you can always bomb, fog of war or not).

They both need more range though. The stealth should be able to access any place on the map, that was the point for them after all.
