Stop automated workers from building forts

Hi there,

is there a way to edit the build-behaviour of automated workers ?
I really don't see the point of building so many forts in my heartland and controlling a horde of workers by hand is pretty time consuming.

Any solution to this ?

Workers usually only build forts on resources outside your cities' fat cross. You get the resource just the same and your units get a nice def bonus. If your determined, I beliveve worker functions are controlled by a dll.
