stPLXNES4: Drink and the Devil

To Mr. Zapata:
The word around the island is that you have a shipment of rum on Nasyon that needs to get to Fanatique. I offer you my services and those of my ships. Her hull capacity is ample, and though she is not well armed, she is quick, and my crew is good. I can get your rum to Fanatique faster than any other captain in these islands. Are you interested?

Captain Silver,

Then it is done. You will transport my sugar, and I will pay you the amount of Ð500. Everyone is happy. As to future job oppritunities, we will decide upon that upon the successful delivery of my sugar.

-Mijnheer Nicolaas Corjin

---

Captain Schwarzehand,

Under normal circumstances, I would not trust a Barajois such as yourself, but I need that rum delivered. The only good native is a drunk one who buys his booze from you...

-Señor Hector Paz Esteban Turi Ponce Zapata

To Mr Corjin

Captain Blackbeard,

I already have a crew lined up to ship my sugar. If I have any jobs for you in the future, I will notify you. Why don't you talk to a few more patrons, I'm sure there are other businessmen with wares to ship.

-Mijnheer Nicolaas Corjin

who would yoiu be mor ewilling to let hold your cargo- a buch of scrawny ruffians, or some real swash bucklers th elikes your only going to find with me and my boyz? (besides, we both know we got other buisness deals together anyway)

To Mr Agache

Gyarr! It's also a matter o who needs this job. The respectable Mr Sparrow already has a job, and I don't. No jobs means no money, and no money means me crew can't feed itself...And my crew gets VERY desperate when they're hungry, to the pont where they may do something crazy...*mumble*Like kill a man...*mumble*

To Cpt. Jack Sparrow

Gyarr! What be this travesty? You already have a job, and you wish to starve me crew out o' ship an sloop? I admire you Captain, but I DESPERATELY need this job, good sir.

Captain Blackbeard,

We would hire your crew if it were not for your distance from Entèdiksyon. We would feel more comfortable if it wouldn't take so long for you to get here.

we got a deal, or no- we're close to you, and doing a little buisness with you anyway

Captain Sparrow,

Though we do have a prior engagement with you, we do not feel that there is enough trust for you to carry two cargos for our operation simultaneously. On top of that, our pickup location is in the Entainish territories, while your business is in the Fleurians.

Monsieur Amaury Agache

To: Mr. Agache

sure thing, just keep us in the bidding- Me and my crew wont let you down in our current deal, nor in any future buisness associations

To Mr. Staton
From Captain Axl Hunt of the Cronos

Mr. Staton, it has come to my attention that you wish to move a shipment of Cacao from the islands of Malfini to Abriko. As my crew is stationed nearby and as capable as any other in the region we feel it would be profitable for us both if you were to give this task to me and my men.

Captain Hunt,

I intended to give the contract to another, but he is nowhere to be seen. Make your way to Iles Malfini and pick up the cargo.

-Mister Niles Staton

From Blackbeard

No! Mr Staton! We can take the job! Gyarr! Third time today...:(

Abriko

international_port-splash.jpg

Abriko was a beutiful city by colonial standards. Compared to the capitals and grand cities of the old world it was very small, primitive, and lacked many of the great luxuries that came together at the center of the empire. But then again Axl Hunt wasn't born in the old world, and he had never seen it himself. Like most of the commoners in New Etaina, Hunt had descended from the men who first came to the tiny islands looking for a better life several generations ago.

The center of Abriko was it's great port, with the kings colonial fleet docked among merchant vessels from all over the new world. Hunt might have been born in the more established part of Abriko, but he grew up along the port. With it's whorehouses, taverns, cockfights, betting places, and luxurious items from all over the place it seemed like the ideal place for an eight year old boy to grow up.

Now, decades' later, Hunt had started his own business on the high seas. For he always loved sailing, and after sailing the thing he liked best was ordering people around and drinking a lot of rum. So, it was only natural that he became the captain of a pirate ship. His crew, known as the Sex Pistols due to their constant frolicking about the whorehouses, went all around the city looking for job opportunities. Finall they found one.

Mr. Staton, a prominent merchant in the area, desired that a small shipment of cacao be sent a short distance in close proximity to Hunt's hangabout. Naturally he jumped on the opportunity, and after a good amount of rum Mr. Staton agreed as well. So Hunt gathered his men and his small ship that he christianed the Cronos, and embarked on the first real mission of his life
