Strange City Info Bars

Underneath a city where the name and whats building should be there is illegable blue lines (a bit like a bar code)? Any help would be apreciated! I have an screenshot but it is to big to post.

Copy it to paint and cut out the part with the blue lines and post that.

The game does sometimes produce some weird graphics.

Only suggestion would be to make sure you have the latest patch.

Ok, I am on the latest patch. Oh well I can work around it. Here is the screenshot if you want to look (managed to reduce the quality).

You clearly have some sort of graphical problem, let me assure you the game isn't supposed to look like that.

If you're running the latest patch with a decent computer system then all I could suggest would be to turn down the graphics settings in the 'options' menu and to every now and then close civ and re-boot. I have found that a clean start both speeds up the game and reduces graphical errors.

There should also be a new patch out any day now which may help as well.

Ok, thanks - I'll have a fiddle with the graphics settings and look out for the next update.
