Strange narrations after saving hot seat games

After playing and saving GMR games, I sometimes heard strange narrations but I thought it could be the tech narration of the player next turn.

Today I am convinced that it shouldnt be tech narration. I think I heard something like 'boy kissing a girl...if ....then not deserve the kiss...'

Anyone else heard this type of strange narration?

I think that was an Einstein quote for one of the techs. I cant remember which.
