No, 'Thunderfall' was put in PTW specifically because of TF.

Don't forget that a lot of the Japanese cities use 'Neo' instead of 'New'.

'Neo Tokio' is a reference to AKIRA, but I don't know if there are other jap cities with 'neo' instead of 'new'..
