Strength of ship in city.

I had a ship in a city with 40 CS and an enemy Longswordsman (22CS) just caused it 114 damage. Do Ships not keep their full strength when in a city?

No, if i'm not mistaken they are completely ignored now.

Just to add, they can still soak up some damage that would have otherwise gone to the city, but they don't add any outright boost to "City Defense".
