Stumped on Terrains

I am back to work on the space colonization modmod, and for this version I want to add Solar System and Galactic terrains to house respective colonies.

The attached file contains the terrain XML. It should create a Solar System and an Interstellar tile, that can be added via WorldBuilder. It looks OK from the Pedia. But when I actually try to put them in, it creates an Infected Water and Plagued Water and glitches out.

Yes, I know I could appropriate the existing Space and Deep Space tiles. And I'll do that if I have to. But I'd like to get new tiles working now because I also want to make a few for Venus and the other planets.

Any ideas on this one?

You did not include the stuff for ART_DEF_TERRAIN_SOLAR_SYSTEM in the file.
