Ummm...I thought Firaxis fixed that with an updated editor? The one that come with the patch file is a wrong one. You can get the correct editor at the new editor thread at General Discussion.

The one I have is from the main page. It says that it is the updated editor. I'll try that one out, though.

The new editor works for me. I got the corrected one that's available on the main page.
