Not necessarily related to BTS, but I'll post it here. I had to reinstall civ4 in order to install BTS, so an issue I had before, came back. But I can't remember how to fix it. I think there used to be a topped thread even with this issue, but I can't seem to find it (I've tried search). So if anyone remembers, please post it, thanks.
The issue is static/stuttering during the Nimoy narration primarily. It's really annoying and gets on my nerves, and ruins the atmosphere. So, I would like to fix this.
