Suggestion: a Civ4 ideas subforum

This question is directed at the mods:

How about creating a Civ4 subforum where you can post any of your ideas as a thread? The reader can then very easily identify ideas, and read more about them if he wants to. Also, other people can give feedback on these ideas, so the reader (in case it's Jeff) can see how people react to certain concepts. Furthermore, people are forced to describe their idea in an efficient way (in the thread title) so you don't have to read to a couple of irrelevant sentences before you get to the heart of the matter.
Finally, it's easier to see if somebody has proposed your idea already. You don't have to go through existing (lengthy) threads in order to find out.

I do have an idea to make the existing subforum more readable though. What if the mods rename the thread so that each title follows a certain syntaxis, such as:
"diplomacy:......."
"units:......"
"general:....."
etc

If you put the threads in alfabetical order, then there is no need for the sticky thread anymore I guess..
