Suggestion for Great Artists

Option to make a Hit Musical, Movie, Single? There's an event that creates one without a Wonder, but it'd be interesting to be able to control and plan for the production of more. Maybe have those wonders come with fewer HMs but have more Artist slots or something? I dunno, just thinking.

Have you on mind something like special building that produce a one of these tree and can be constructed by GP. And a limit is one of these per city? Will it make a that wonder useless?
But i like the idea of special event.

Well, a Wonder that produces 6 happy resources would still be useful if that resource could be cloned by a GP. I'm not sure about the implementation; the Independent Films event just drops +1 HM into your network, I'd prefer consistency with that but whatever works.

One thing that'd be nice about this is it'd remove the US/Western centrism inherent in Civ IV's presentation of Hollywood as having a near global monopoly on film.

Perhaps some sort of corporation could play a role as well.
