Svartalfar and Flurry unit

Is the flurry permanetely gone for the Svartalfar race? Will they use the crossbow unit? That does not feel right lorewise.

(posting this before i have done my homework) but i got so upset.

If its true i think i need a hug.

That's ok, they are blocked from actually building the crossbowman unit that replaced the flurry as they can not build the machine shop building needed to make them.

I thought so. Will they get a unit at a later stage or is permanent?

If its permanent i wonder if anyone could help me fix so they can use the flurry unit since i dont know anything about actuall modding or editing inside the files.
