Svartalfar Mod

hey sureshot,

I noticed that there are a couple of bugs in the mod; first off,
1. The scouts starts with a movement 1 instead of the usual 2, I am not sure if it is -working as intended- or not...

2. In order to build/upgrade Nightrage units you need the Bear Totem building which is enabled by the RAGE technology; however right now the technology doesn't enables this building; hence making Nightrage units not enabled.

ya i just noticed the beat totem thing, its fixed in 2.01F, the dark elf scouts only get 1 movement because i made them upgradeable to archers as well, and having them lose 1 movement on upgrading was undesirable

I think you should mention what changes were made... last time i checked I checked with patch F it didn't let me open my save game with Viconia
 
FYIW,

GarretSid just posted a cool looking evil elven winged thing on the CIV units section, might be a good unit for you...Maybe for the Svart hero caster?

Sureshot while you are at here; any possibility of including Collateral promotion for Hyborem? I think from my point of view it should make perfect sense for him and maybe Basium to come up with this promotion.
Oooh, and I recalled that last time I played on Light there was a Svartalfarian unique Hero? What happened to her?
 
They do have a hero? Don't tell me it is the Baron? I never noticed any unique hero with em
 
Thanks for the latest patch. Seemless as always. I noticed that you've moved Sveta back to hidden, although it's not implemented. Does this mean you have some new plans?
 
Hey I was wondering if you have a version of the dark elf only mod available for the current fire version?
 
got bored and made a small addon for 0.21 patch C:
Rogues/Thieves download
adds the following units:

Rogue (upgrades to Thief)
2/1 att/def
2 move
1 firststrike
immune to firststrike
-50% city strength
basically a early version of assassin

Thief (upgrades to Assassin)
3/2 att/def
2 move
1 firststrike
immune to firststrike
-50% city strength
steals gold from those it kills

also adds art for the elohim UU of assassins
