systematic crash to the desktop at the end of the game

When I end the last turn, if I win or if I loose, I have always a "crash to the desktop"

During the game I've no problems.

I've no movies, no scores, ...

The same thing before and after 1.09

Is there anybody with the same problem ?

Is there a cache to clear ?

Same thing happens to me;
At first i thought it was just a regular crash near the end of the game but after i while i noticed that i only crashed near winning or near the end of the game; also when i loaded a saved game before the crash, the crash happened at the same time each time.

I still have problems with black terrain & messed up city names aswell though

The only thing that seems likely to crash the game at the last turn is the victory movie, which I suppose you could turn off. Have you had any trouble with the wonder movies?

If you have 1.09 then you can clear the cache by holding down shift while the game loads when you start it up. It should display something like "XML (Uncached)" if this works properly.

(the intro movie however does)
