To do that search with Google for the card's name + driver, download, execute, reboot, enjoy.

Solver said:Civ4 does run without T&L, technically, but the result will be as in the above screenshots.
You will have:
1) Completely black terrain.
2) Non-working leader animations
3) Non-working minimap
You may also have:
Other black textures, missing fonts (no text) or complete refusal of the game to start.

Solver said:The Intel integrated graphics chipsets don't support T&L. "Software T&L" is an euphemism for not having T&L. I don't have the game box to check what it says, but the requirements are a video card with hardware T&L support.
