IA isn't waiting for anything. I came back from being held hostage by the "managers" and "testers", and there was lively debate going on in the provincial borders thread. It is custom to allow debate to run its course.

I will now check to see if the debate has ended.

Hopefully the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team dealt with the situation by eliminating the "Managers" and "Testers". At least the "testers" I hope! If they did, could pass the number on to me - I've got a few testers that need, ummmm, an attitude adjustment.

last call on provincial borders proposals, the proposals summarized in this post will be polled around midnight MST (GMT-7).

Personally, I don't see anything wrong. Just draw 126-something tiles, even if it does include coastlines (which seems what this debate is really about).
