Cool, I'm glad soul_warrior is back to fill in the breach! Couple of things I remembered I should mention;
- couple of cities are have a couple of artists to pop Great Artists as culture bombs will be very useful in coming wars
- Barcelona is surrounded by Incan culture, has a theatre and workers are chopping a library, but we should use the threatre and get two artists working for extra culture (its starving anyway, might as well use the pop!)
