I'd like to know if there is a PDF for print for the techtree and the unit promotions? I bought a digital version and not a box version so there was none included unfortunately.

I doubt there is one in the box either. Usually you can download manuals from Steam. I did not try it with Civ 5, as I got the manual from the official site.
