[G&K] Tech Tree Cycling

In Civ 5, once you finish the tech tree, the science becomes basically worthless and your paying useless building costs and other bs. Instead of hitting an unrealistic scenario where you science doesn't matter, would it be possible for someone to create a mod or point me to an existing mod that does a tech tree cycle. It shouldn't be that hard to create i wouldn't think, if it doesn't already exist, all you would have to do is turn future tech into the prereq for whatever the first tech is, farming i think. then make all buildings, land improvements, and units that follow your second cycling of the tech tree be new and better than the first one. it could be as simple as calling warriors new warriors, and giving them like 200 combat power, new farms could have like double the output and that could go for all the buildings as will. you could literally just duplicate all the original files, add new to the front of their names or the number two, and double the output. the only fancy work would be the tech tree remolding. I know that's not realistic but it gives you a way of continuing a game indefinitely and preserving all strategic aspects of civilizations. If someone knows about something like this, or is willing to make it into a mod, please let me know I would be very grateful.
 
At least C-evo has four Future Technologies, each one stacking bonuses. Sadly the fandom.wiki is in disrepair and I can't look them up.
