technology modding

So ive been messing around with modding lately, and I cant seem to figure out some things with technology. Ive seen mods that have made things like +2 food in certain squares possible, but I have no idea how to do this myself.

@ question:
Additional food per terrain type via a tech is nothing which can be done in normal BtS. The mods where you saw it probably had some code additions to allow it.

Ahhh sorry for the post placing. Wasnt sure where to post it. Anyways I figured it out myself. You gotta edit the CIV4ImprovementsInfos file.
