Technology Vanish: Radio

Hello, my scenario recently had radio vanish from the tech tree. I opened up a "new" file in the civ editor in order to get the information for radio (X/Y placement etc) but even in the "new" standard civ map Radio was gone. This happened at my friends house too when I brought my scenario there BUT when I opened up a "new" file in his editor everything was okay because Radio was still in the standard unmodded map. So I tested this out, I started a new standard game, no scenario, and Of course Radio is gone, electronics leads right to adv flight... Now I reinstalled conquests but it didn't fix the problem with the editor! And I cannot edit it myself (adding Radio back in with the coordinates because that would require selecting Custom Rules on the standard unmodded up and then saving the changes which would then result in no more score kept ever again!

Some one please give me some advice on how to fix this editor problem?

This is a new 'feature' in 1.22. Firaxis removed Radio from the tech tree. You could add it back, I suppose, but it's not really needed.

Since this is a duplicate thread, I've closed it. If you like, you can go to the Creation and Customization subforum and find a tutorial on how to add techs, and add it back. Or roll the patch back to 1.15.

I would suggest starting here on how to add techs. :)
