i've found a bug. not a big one, but it is a bug anyway... it allows you to steal two techs while paying for one only. the only thing you should do is to steal a tech you are currently researching.
examples? first download file attached to this post. load the save. click the espionage button, select Greece and attempt to steal technology(no matter the cost)...
remember: steal sth what you're currently researching("Ceremonial Burial" in this case). confirm stealing and there should appear question from the science advisor what to research next. click "What's the big picture" and... you can select another technology you want to steal now.
you may be wondering how did i discover this. well, i was playing with one city only and in industrial era i was discovering "Mass Production". while talking to the AI's civ i saw it had already discovered that. so i acted like written above and after clicking "big picture" i couldn't select anything to discover, cause MP was the only AI tech i hadn't had and advisor talked sth stranged 'bout an agent...
i dunno, maybe someone found that first. i've looked for it but found nothing.
