Please note that per our Constitution, Hygro has retired from CoMA position and Rcoutme has been appointed temporary CoMA. Please approve or disapprove the appointment.

Citizen Rcoutme is a very experienced PBEM player and hopefullythis appointment will be beneficial for strengthening our military and making war and defence plans.

freeze it out. I have grander beliefs in Rcoutme to handle this, so I wait for his call.

Goonie...as I am the one who has proposed the change to the constitution regarding future plans...I would be reticent to give away such details. If you are cleared for Secret Security Clearance, I will provide you with estimates of the plans, etc.

Everyone here is cleared. including Goonie. Everyone which has access to this ISDG-room is someone we know and is someone we trust.

It's just that the save game should only be send to people who are cleared in the ROLL CALL thread, which means their emailaddress isn't dead or used by others.

Ankka: the emailaddresses are in the roll-call thread. If someone prefers to receive the save on a different emailaddress he can contact you, I suppose.
