During the next term, we should be entering an era of infastructure building. This includes libraries that will aid us on self research. Look right now; we're waiting to see what the AI has researched for our tech acquisition. If we have high research, then we'll be able to grab whatever tech we want. This is the stance that I'll shoot for during Term III. However, should we enter another major war, then I can understand lowering the slider temporarly. Of course, possible trades, tech and resource, will still be watched for.

Welll, I wont aim for anything for 1 reason...let the people decide
The people have the power here. That's why its called the Democracy Game.
2. What is your position on the trade of resources (buy and sell)?
Buy what we need, sell what we don't. We can make money out of the extra lux resources for research techs or whatever...

I can see very little light between these four candidates, who all seem capable of the job.
After long deliberation, I voted for RoboPig, because in the Portugal/Maya deal poll he made the choice closest to mine. (long live public polls!)
Also I just love to vote for the underpig.
I doubt it will make a difference though.

Congrats to Rik for his decisive victory. It will be a great term for Fanatannia with him in charge. I expected to be defeated, but not this badly!

Thanks to all who voted for me.
I had already decided for myself that if I'd win, the runner-up would be asked as deputy. Since there is a tie for 2nd place I chose the Term 2 R&T-er first if he wanted to be my deputy.
Regentman has agreed to help me as deputy. So it's RM & RM in R&T.

We'll meet again..but, not next term as far as now. I have summer biology this year all of June!Thanks who voted for me!
