Test cartoon

Please accept my apologies if this doesn't work, but I'm using it as a test to see if I can get a picture to display in the text. If this hasn't worked, could anybody please tell me how to insert a small picture file (say 50k) into a post. What I'm trying is to use the browse button to point to the location on my hard drive. However only this text shows up when I try the Preview Post option.
