The battle of mordor!

Im playing a pretty regular game, normal map size normal speed and the such, at about turn 250 trying to destroy another civs enormous death stack of 257 swordsman and assorted warriors wtih my 90+ orges. Every time i try to clash these two titan armys the game crashes out hardcore. I have stack attack on and have messed around with quick attack on and off,turned down all my graphic settings, changes resolutions and still no luck. i would imagine since the ai makes stacks like this i should be able to attack them with equal stacks and hope theres something im missing in the settings to straighten this out as i really dont want to turn stack attack of andd have to click attack 250 times..... Anyways, if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated, as this is a really fun mod and i would hate to stop playing because of something stupid like this

Well, the first question is whether stack attack is causing the crash... so either you need to turn off stack attack and fight the battle, or you need to upload a save so someone else can do it.

Surely you could just stack attack with about ten units at a time, hold ctrl while clicking on a unit icon.

I think shift is the button for that. CTRL is select all units of 1 type.

last time I tried it, stack attack was all buggy. As it changed since ? I thought developpment had stopped on this mod.

How much RAM do you have? What's your page file set to? Both of these things can have an effect on the ability of stack attack to work....it's simply too much for a computer with low ram and a small page file to compute at once.
