DON'T YOU HATE.......
when the scenario you're playing won't let you build the
(unbuilt) Wonder for which you've gotten the prerequisite
tech! (Allard Hofelt, Patric Meyer aka W.I.N.T.E.R.,....
ahem!)
Or when it won't let you research a tech whose prerequisites
you've acquired!
In short, is there anything you can do (i.e. with the game.txt,
rules.txt, etc. included with the scenario) to fix this problem?
