Thanks to Fan_Dong from Apolyton who sent it to me.

I got good speed when I tried to dl it, but when all of you and the Apolytoners will try to dl it too i'm not sure what will happen. So if you have fast connections, download it and upload it to some other adress so that more people can download it and faster.

I acquired the Civ3 manual from a friend. I don't think I can upload it though... Firaxis is watching.

I'll try to update the Civ3 Info Center today with as much new info as possible...
