This is really scary imo. It is like the rest of the buildings are lowly peasant huts.

And this is its tennis court i think:

I read an article about that, I think its actually a helipad, but for the sake of publicity they converted it to a tennis court temporarily so that Andre Agassi and Roger Federer could play on it for hotel promotion.

Regardless, I couldn't play tennis that high, I have a slight vertigo which I think would throw off my game.

The Disney Fairytale Castle is based upon it. According to wiki, it's the most photographed building in Germany.

I have a strange fondness for the London Eye. I hated the idea at first - I just think it looks so out of place to the area, and so...tourist attractiony. I think the fact that it actually served a purpose when compared to the 'other' London Millennium structure and established itself as part of the city I warmed to it.

It does give a quite grand view of the city as well, though I don't plan on going on it again :)

St Pancras. Although with the redevelopment including the 18 mile tunnel linking it up with the channel tunnel (on time and on budget WTH) it could also be part of the unbuilt structures thread. Londoner's fave London building.

Sorry flash so youll have to click through.

Buildings near by were overheating for the longest time because of the shape of the Mirrors... Motorists were also blinded on the road due to reflections.

They ended up fixing it by dulling the mirrors...
